The Challenge

What We Were Up Against

Echo Labs needed to broadcast live events to 5M+ concurrent viewers across 40 countries with under 3-second latency. Their existing CDN setup couldn't handle peak traffic, causing buffering and crashes during major events.

Our Solution

How We Solved It

We engineered a custom low-latency streaming architecture using edge computing, adaptive bitrate streaming, and a multi-CDN failover strategy. The system auto-scales to handle 10M+ viewers with sub-2-second glass-to-glass latency.

Key Features

What We Built

Adaptive Bitrate

Automatic quality adjustment based on viewer's network conditions — from 4K to 360p seamlessly.

Multi-CDN Failover

Instant failover between CDN providers ensures zero downtime during traffic spikes.

Real-Time Analytics

Live dashboard showing viewer count, buffer rates, and geographic distribution.

DRM Protection

Enterprise-grade content protection with Widevine and FairPlay integration.
